Exercise Principles Workshop

You’re invited to attend fitness workshops with ICoHS Instructor Harris!
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm in our Yoga studio, Harris will teach us different techniques and movements to emphasize core stability and balance.
Thursday, August 25: Exercise Principles
Participant will receive a clear, thorough and deep understanding about each of the 7 main principles of exercises including individuality, specificity, progression, overload, adaptation, recovery and reversibility. They will also learn how to apply these during physical exercise.
