Flexibility and Range of Motion Workshop

You’re invited to attend free fitness workshops with ICoHS Instructor Harris!
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm in our Yoga studio, Harris will teach us different techniques and movements to emphasize core stability and balance.
The first one will be “Flexibility and Range of Motion” on Tuesday, August 9:
- Flexibility is a key component to preventing injury. Stretching before athletic activity helps prepare the muscles for exercise. Stretching after exercise has proven to be even more important for preventing injury.
