FREE Fitness Workshop: Isolation Exercises

You’re invited to attend FREE fitness workshops with ICoHS Instructor Harris!
Meet us in our Yoga studio by 5:00pm! Harris will teach us different techniques and movements to emphasize core stability and balance.
– Isolation exercises are movements that involve one joint or one muscle group. On the other hand, there are compound movements, movements that use more than one joint or muscle group. Think of a squat, where you bent at the hips, knees and ankles and you’ll get a sense of a compound exercise.
