VA Financial Assistance Resources

If you served on Active Duty, you may be eligible for education benefits offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs. For example, the Post-9/11 GI-Bill provides financial support for educational and housing expenses to individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate service after September 10, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service connected disability after 30 days. You must have received an honorable discharge to be eligible for the Post-9/11 GI-Bill. If you are a spouse or child of a service member, you may be eligible for a transfer of the service members’ Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to you. As a military-friendly institution, ICoHS International College accepts many forms of veterans’ assistance including, but not limited to:

  • Chapters 30, 31, 33 and 35 – Montgomery GI Bill, Vocational Rehab. and Employment (VR&E), Post 9/11 GI Bill and Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance

Benefit coverage varies from full to partial tuition assistance. Assistance may be available for books, fees and housing allowances. Veteran’s may be eligible to go to school full time and receive full time living expenses through the Department of Veteran Affairs.

  3. Once an approval is received, please notify the Admissions department so that we may certify your enrollment with the Veterans Administration.
