At Sallie Mae, we understand that sometimes even the smallest financial hurdles can block the path to graduation. That’s why we created the Completing the Dream Scholarship—to help students facing unexpected costs finish their academic journey. Students on track to complete their program but encountering financial barriers can receive up to $2,500 to help bridge that final gap.
This scholarship supports learners at two- and four-year colleges, career-training programs, and certificate schools—especially those from underserved or underrepresented communities. With 170 awards available during the 2025–26 academic year, nearly $425,000 in aid will be distributed to help students stay enrolled and graduate.
