The IT Network Specialist Program teaches students how to install, configure, and repair PC computers, Cisco routers, and switches. You will gain the necessary skills to troubleshoot wired and wireless networks and operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Become adept at securing the operating system by learning skills such as how to combat malware, viruses, and worms.
  • Demonstrate baseline security skills for IT support professionals
  • Configure device operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS and administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting
