Facility Rental

If you are in partnering with ICOHS College by renting our facilities, please complete the online form below. Please, submit your request at least four weeks prior to the date of the event to allow us sufficient time to plan.

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Your Organization Name
  3. Your Phone Number
  4. The requested dates and times of the event
  5. A brief description of the event
  6. Expected number of attendees
